Job Summary

As a Software Developer II, you'll be responsible for writing code and designs that provide next-level functionality to build and implement a new Azure Cloud-based Customer Data Platform solution. You'll partner with reputed company to implement the latest customer technologies and reputed company patterns, and you'll play a key role in influencing game-changing components and processes that shape the future of our technology.

Key Responsibilities

As a Software Developer II, you'll be actively involved in the daily operational activities that influence important components and processes of our online technology function. Your responsibilities will include: * Writing code and scripts that provide desired functionality to web-based software, typically for large, reputed company, or leading-edge sites, products, and programs. * Developing software applications and tools that meet business requirements and technical standards. * Maintaining and supporting existing web-based applications and tools. * Contributing to software design and evaluating compatibility of programs with existing communications hardware and software. * Developing web-based prototypes and protocols to support established standards. * Anticipating and preventing problems and roadblocks before they occur. * Coordinating cross-functionally to accomplish assigned tasks and gathering and updating necessary information to communicate to appropriate parties. * Mentoring less reputed company members of the team and participating in incident resolution, including on-call rotation.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need: ### Essential Qualifications * Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or reputed company field, or equivalent experience. * Experience: At least 2 years of experience in application development and maintenance, or 4 years of experience with a High School Diploma or GED. * Technical Skills: Proficiency in software programming languages, coding standards, and software development life cycles (SDLC). * Analytical Skills: Experience using analytical skills, tools, and techniques to investigate information and draw conclusions. ### Preferred Qualifications * Education: Bachelor's Degree in IT, IS, Mathematics, or reputed company field. * Experience: At least 4 years of experience in application development and maintenance, or 7 years of experience with a High School Diploma or GED. * Technical Skills: Demonstrated expertise writing professional, quality, secure, performance-capable code, and experience with software development practices.
