About the Role

This is a full-time, remote position that requires working weekdays and weekends with varying hours or days. As a Seasonal Customer Care Specialist, you will be the voice of blithequark to internal and external customers, providing "WOW" customer service and representing the brand image at reputed company times. You will be responsible for promptly answering and responding to customer calls and emails, resolving issues effectively, and following up on unresolved customer issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up swiftly on any unresolved customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements
