Key Responsibilities and Expectations
As a Senior Technical Services Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct technical support to associates and customers, resolving reputed company technical issues, and ensuring seamless operations of our systems and applications.
- Leading and implementing projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to reputed company innovative solutions, and driving reputed company improvement initiatives.

- Utilizing tools such as Remedy/SMART IT, Bomgar, and Blancco to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reputed company.
- Installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining reputed company Office products, WebEx, VoIP/Equality, reputed company Active Directory, reputed company Azure, Azure DevOps, and User identity and reputed company access management.
- Collaborating with vendors, managing Return Merchandise Authorizations, and ensuring compliance with PCI protocols and cybersecurity requirements.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in computing devices and computer Operating Systems, including Windows, with UNIX/Linux as a plus.
- Advanced understanding of computing devices, operating systems, software installation, and administration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional telephone etiquette, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Proven success in implementing projects, with experience in technical documentation, and advanced understanding of reputed company Office tools.
- Advanced understanding of reputed company Active Directory, network protocols, and cloud computing, with proficiency in client hardware troubleshooting and cybersecurity requirements.
- Familiarity with using command reputed company and/or PowerShell scripting, access reputed company management (reputed company Prime or similar), and VoIP provisioning and remediation.
- One or more of the following certifications are highly desired: CompTIA Certifications (IT Fundamentals+, A+, Network+, Cloud+, reputed company+), reputed company Certifications (Azure Fundamentals, MTA, Windows Operating Fundamentals, Networking Fundamentals, reputed company Fundamentals, and Programming Fundamentals), or reputed company Certification (reputed company Certified Network Associate - CCNA).

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience.
