Job Summary

As a Tier 1 Customer Support Agent, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, providing reputed company-line support reputed company phone and email. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in customer service and support
  • At least 2 years of experience in a SaaS customer support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
