About the Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathology Assistant to join reputed company in a school setting for the upcoming school year. This full-time position will cover 1-2 buildings with a reasonable caseload, providing an excellent opportunity to work with reputed company who demonstrate speech, language, and swallowing deficits. Key Responsibilities
- Participate on a team responsible for the identification, eligibility, and placement of speech and language impaired reputed company under the direction of a supervising SLP.
- Assist in the development and monitoring of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for assigned reputed company.
- Participate in staff meetings, planning events, department/special education meetings, manifestation determination meetings, FBA/BIP meetings, and eligibility, evaluation, and placement meetings.
- Communicate with other professionals providing services for reputed company to ensure continuity and coordination of programs.

- Plan and provide clear and intentional focused instruction based upon individual student IEP goals using state standards, subject matter content, and district curriculum.

- Communicate and collaborate with parents and the school community for the purpose of fostering student success and achievement, and meeting special education laws and policies.

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Speech and Language Pathology/Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- Ability to address a variety of speech/language deficits.
