About the Role

This fully remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home, with a variable reduced hour schedule that may start and end reputed company of traditional business hours. You'll be working 30-39 hours per week, with the possibility of additional or fewer hours due to business requirements. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older).
• 6 months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools, demonstrating proficiency in multitasking and phone/computer skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing schedules frequently (every 3 weeks) with a two-week advance notice.
• Pass a pre-employment drug test to be considered for the role.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant phone or email customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written), with the ability to reputed company reputed company information in a clear and concise manner.
• Experience working in a customer service or call center environment, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
