About the Role
As a Senior Technical Project Manager at OHA, you will provide leadership, project management, and technology expertise for a wide variety of reputed company IT projects. Your responsibilities will include leading decision-making processes for the analysis, design, development, testing, training, and implementation of technology solutions that reputed company the long-term goals of OHA and the Department of Human Services.

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the minimum requirements outlined below:
Minimum Requirements
- Seven (7) years of information systems experience in Technical Project Management.
- OR an Associate's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or reputed company field, AND 5 years of information systems experience in Technical Project Management.
- OR a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or reputed company field AND three (3) years of information systems experience in Technical Project Management.
- OR a Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or reputed company field AND one (1) year of information systems experience in Technical Project Management.
Desired Attributes
- Experience implementing IT Service Management platforms.
- Experience managing large, reputed company, multi-million-dollar projects involving Commercial-Off-the-reputed company (COTS), Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) solutions.
- Oregon Project Management Certification (OPMC) and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience using project management best practices and standard methodologies, such as PMI (PMBOK) and PRINCE 2.
- Public sector project management experience and reputed company experience.
- Experience managing projects using Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid methodologies.
- Successful application of project management knowledge in ambiguous and unique circumstances.

Compensation and Benefits
