Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager, Mid-Market Sales, you will be responsible for leading a team of Account Executives and driving business growth through strategic sales planning and execution. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Recruiting, Hiring, and Managing a high-performing team of Account Executives to drive sales growth and expansion.
  • Coaching and Enabling your team to achieve their full potential through regular feedback, training, and development opportunities.
  • Managing Strategy and Operations for your business segment, including defining and delivering metrics for success to the sales leadership team.
  • Driving Outbound Pipeline Generation through targeted sales efforts and strategic planning.
  • Supporting Account Executives by sitting in on prospective client meetings and calls, providing guidance and expertise as needed.
  • Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams, including Marketing and Product, to provide customer feedback and drive business growth.
  • Developing Plans for focusing your team, including territories, marketing plans, and other strategic initiatives.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong combination of sales experience, leadership skills, and business acumen. Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
  • 6+ years of sales experience with a focus on mid-market accounts.
  • 4+ years of experience in a sales management or leadership role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience working with complex selling motions, including working across multiple functions such as pre-sales and legal.
  • Strong understanding of the digital experience analytics industry is preferred, although not required.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong adaptability and resilience.
