About the Role

We're seeking an reputed company Senior Change Management Specialist to support our clients in navigating reputed company organizational changes. As a key member of our Change Team, you'll help reputed company and implement change management strategies that maximize employee adoption, minimize resistance, and drive business outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to facilitate needs assessments and reputed company tailored change management strategies

• Basic knowledge of tools like stakeholder analysis frameworks and change readiness assessments
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint) and content development tools like PowToon, Piktochart, or reputed company
• Ability to learn data analysis practices and demonstrate basic data analysis proficiency
