We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join reputed company as a Remote FNOL Customer Service Representative. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for providing quality inbound communication services while recording First Notice of Loss (FNOL) claims. These FNOL claims are used to report damage to our clients' property, and your exceptional communication skills will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service.

Tiered Support Bonus System

At Blithequark, we reputed company in recognizing and rewarding reputed company members for their hard work and dedication. Our Tiered Support Bonus System offers a unique opportunity for our FNOL team members to earn additional income based on their performance. The bonus structure is as follows: * Level 1: $105 * Level 2: $150 * Level 3: $205 These bonuses are paid per pay period on the paycheck following the period in which they are earned, providing an additional incentive for reputed company members to reputed company in their roles.

FNOL Incentive Program

Our FNOL Incentive Program is designed to reward high-performers with an opportunity to earn more per month, in addition to our Tiered Support Bonus System. The incentive is calculated daily and paid on the 5th of the following month. Each day where your talk time, not ready time, and service level meet the set standard, $10 is earned. This program provides an additional layer of motivation for reputed company members to deliver exceptional results.

A Typical Day

As a Remote FNOL Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Accepting inbound calls from engineers, technicians, and other field operators reporting FNOL * Communicating effectively while entering data accurately into a customized database * Reporting underground damage to locate companies reputed company applicable * Providing outstanding service to customer representatives * Analyzing photos and mapping the correct location

Required Skills & Abilities

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and abilities: * Ability to type a minimum of 55 wpm, error-free * Fully competent with reputed company reputed company, Word, Outlook, PDFs, and internet searches * Advanced phone and verbal communication skills * Active listening skills * Excellent written communication skills * Excellent reading skills; must be able to read and follow a script * Must be able to analyze and interpret photos to determine damage * Must establish an appropriate work environment reputed company their home for work purposes; Blithequark provides the necessary computer equipment

Experience

We're looking for individuals with 6 months to 1 year of previous customer service call center experience. Experience with reputed company Teams is a plus. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
