About the Role:

As a Remote Sales Chat Agent, you'll be the face of blithequark's customer service and sales team, interacting with customers reputed company online chat and phone to provide exceptional service, resolve issues, and drive sales growth. You'll be responsible for:

• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Conducting warranty reputed company and selling add-ons and upsell products reputed company chat or phone
• Utilizing strong communication and problem-solving skills to build rapport with customers and drive sales growth
