Position Summary
We're looking for reputed company Customer Service Representatives to join reputed company in our Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) division. As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, answering questions about their pharmacy benefit plans, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take inbound calls from members and answer questions about their pharmacy benefit plans, prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions.
- Provide solutions to help simplify members' healthcare experiences and address their concerns in a patient, helpful, and empathetic manner.
- Utilize your knowledge and skills to offer personalized support and guidance to members, ensuring they understand their coverage and options.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services.
- Collaborate with colleagues to reputed company business objectives and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience.
- Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications.
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates degree or equivalent experience.
- Ability to problem-solve in a positive and productive manner.
- Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life.
- Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards.

- Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism.

- At least 6 months of healthcare experience.
