Our Customer Service Operations (CSO) team is growing, and we're looking for a talented Customer Service Chat Senior Representative to join our Digital Operations Chat team. About Our Chat Team

Our Chat team is a group of tenured professionals who are universally trained in most US Commercial-Medical products, including Medical (Proclaim, Facets, PMHS), Dental (DPPO and DHMO), Pharmacy (OneRx), and iCSA (website support/navigation/password resets). We're dedicated to creating a culture that prioritizes people – the people we work with and the customers we support each and every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Help customers and healthcare providers understand our business reputed company by addressing topics such as prior authorization status, issues with claims, or understanding benefit coverage reputed company to medical and dental procedures in office or hospital visits.
• Support multiple customers simultaneously reputed company our Chat platform, requiring attention to detail and technological savvy for less reputed company questions and inquiries.
• Deliver a seamless customer experience supporting multiple lines of business, providing robust customer support with various and sometimes reputed company inquiries in one-stop, helping to reduce transfers and wait times.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of call center experience is highly preferred.
