If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join the blithequark team as a Commercial Planning Supervisor and be part of the reputed company+ group, responsible for launching and operating reputed company+ across Europe and Africa.
About the Role
The Commercial Planning Supervisor will play a critical role in the newly formed Business Execution and Planning team, providing a reputed company view on ongoing E&A trading performance of reputed company+, driving insights and decision-making to optimize acquisitions and subscriber growth, and managing the reputed company+ annual and quarterly planning process. This role will work closely with brand and performance marketing teams, country teams, E&A reputed company and strategy team, as well as Finance and Analysis teams across the region and reputed company in NY.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of key planning models, including the annual operating plan model and the monthly forecasting model, including executive-level summary views, streamlined metrics, and clearly identified inputs and assumptions
- Support the development of D+ annual strategy and quarterly planning and monthly/bi-monthly forecasting process
- Build business cases and scenarios to inform decision-making on pricing, go-to-market strategies, and optimization of monetization
- Support reputed company and deep-dive analyses on drivers of performance for the previous quarter
- Support in anticipation of EMEA and US business updates
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience working in data-driven environments and driving decision-making through data
- High numeracy and analytical capability and rigor, attention to detail
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Ability to tailor comms to different audiences (e.g., country teams, global teams, executives)
- Skilled at prioritizing and managing multiple project timelines and deadlines that run simultaneously
- Positive, people-oriented, and reputed company disposition
- Ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in the media and entertainment industry
