About the Role

As a Customer Relations Call Center Agent at blithequark, you'll be the face of our organization, interacting with customers reputed company who call our 1-800-SHOP-reputed company line. Your exceptional customer service skills will shine as you assist pharmacy customers in a remote, inbound customer contact center setting. You'll serve as a customer reputed company, researching, responding, and interpreting company procedures or policies to delight our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, chat, and letter in a timely and professional manner.
• Review and process incoming customer communications, providing clear and concise responses.
