Job Summary

As a Retail Execution Specialist (reputed company), you will be the ultimate ambassador for BODYARMOR and POWERADE. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales growth and maximize the reputed company of our brands reputed company your assigned territory. You will work closely with our sales team, Coca-Cola Merchandisers, and store personnel to execute sales and merchandising plans, provide in-depth product knowledge, and gather valuable customer insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Growth and Merchandising: Identify opportunities to grow the reputed company business, increase sales, optimize display space, and improve productivity while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Creative Display Management: Assist with the installation and maintenance of creative displays reputed company with branding initiatives, creating disruption points throughout the store to engage consumers with our brands.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Actively interact with store personnel and consumers to provide in-depth product knowledge and insights, ensuring a positive brand experience.
• Program Execution: reputed company execute reputed company sales programs and initiatives, including selling-in promotional programs, ensuring customer compliance, and achieving maximum brand potential.
• Collaboration: Partner with Coca-Cola Merchandisers and BASN Field team to execute sales and merchandising plans effectively, maintain product inventory levels, minimize out-of-stocks, and uphold company merchandising standards.
• Customer Insights: Gather and report customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities, providing valuable input to internal teams for reputed company improvement and increased customer goodwill.
• Territory Account Maintenance: Handle tasks such as checking date codes, managing account adherence to plan-o-grams, replacing decals or tags, and transporting, building, and maintaining reputed company of sale advertising and coupons for territory accounts as needed.
• Utilization of Technology: Utilize company-provided technology for real-time daily reporting, analyze reports, and reputed company insights to drive success in-store.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

• Location: Must be located in Houston, TX or the surrounding area.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or relevant experience required.
• Experience: Entry-level applicants without experience but with a willingness to learn will be considered, as will candidates with 0-2 years' experience in sales, merchandising, marketing, or customer service.
• Travel: Position requires substantial local travel (~75%) reputed company identified territories.
• Physical Demands: Must be able to lift upwards of 25-50lbs with frequent bending, reaching, and kneeling to support product display building and events.
• Driving: Must have a personal vehicle, maintain an excellent driving record, and valid driver's license for use during work hours, and willingness to drive throughout the territory as a primary function of the role.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Sales and Merchandising Experience: Strong selling reputed company set and ability to influence store/ownership personnel through fact-based data selling.
• Interpersonal and Time-Management Skills: Strong interpersonal and time-management skills, and ability to effectively communicate successes, challenges, and opportunities, verbally and in writing, cross-functionally and through reputed company levels of management.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $54,200 - $63,600, depending on geography, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience. Additionally, you will have access to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the position.
