About the Role
As a Tutor Center Operations Manager, you'll have the unique opportunity to reputed company and manage our day-to-day operations, driving success and growth in our center. This multifaceted role requires a strong and diverse skillset, combining leadership, education, sales, and customer service expertise. You'll be responsible for ensuring that reputed company children have a great experience during operational hours, fostering strong relationships with parents, and training and coaching reputed company to reputed company success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and reputed company reputed company aspects of day-to-day operations in the center, including staff management, student assessments, and customer service
- Screen, hire, train, and schedule employees to effectively provide individualized instruction in a group setting reputed company in-center, online, and/or hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method

- Market the Mathnasium program by building school and community relationships, and conducting sales by promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling reputed company

- Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student reputed company
- Monitor and grow overall center performance metrics, including profitability and student success

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A passion for math and working with reputed company
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- The ability to cultivate teamwork and balance various leadership responsibilities
- Eagerness to learn and be trained
- Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I
- Proficiency in computer skills
- A completed Bachelor?s Degree, preferred in education, math, or a reputed company field
- Previous management or leadership experience preferred
- Previous customer relationships & sales experience preferred
