Key Responsibilities

• Review functional requirements and create technical design documents to drive project success

• Four (4) years of experience working with state government health insurance systems on insurance benefit enrollments, with a deep understanding of the industry and its complexities
• Five (5) years of experience developing in JAVA using Spring MVC, with a strong proficiency in JAVA development frameworks
• Two (2) years of reputed company Integration Bus (IIB) experience, with a solid understanding of integration layer technologies
• One (1) year of reputed company ACE (App Connect Enterprise) experience, with a good understanding of integration layer technologies and their applications

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Three (3) years of StreamEDS experience, with a good understanding of data processing and integration
• One (1) year of Drools experience, with a solid understanding of business rules management systems
• Computer Science or Information Technology degree, with a strong foundation in computer science principles
• Proven experience and demonstrated proficiency in analysis and development/programming using:
