About the Role

As a Remote Pharmacy Technician, you will play a critical role in providing pharmacy services, working closely with our team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional patient care. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Working on the pharmacy help desk grievance team, providing expert support and resolving complex issues
• Data entry and triage of grievances to coordinators, ensuring timely and effective resolution
• Updating Excel Spreadsheets for leadership review, providing valuable insights and data-driven recommendations
• Performing other duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities

Key Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

• High school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in pharmacy operations and procedures
• One year of pharmacy experience working under a licensed pharmacist or completion of a certified pharmacy technical program, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to the field
• Working knowledge of third-party claims processes, with the ability to navigate complex systems and procedures
• At least 2 years of retail pharmacy experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional patient care and working effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in typing, Outlook, and Excel, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and systems
• Detail-oriented, with a keen eye for accuracy and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
• Ability to multi-task, prioritizing tasks effectively and managing competing demands
• Willingness to accept change, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude in the face of evolving priorities and requirements
