The Role

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer care to our clients and customers reputed company phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities

Minimum Skills and Requirements

* Must be able to speak and read in Mandarin and/or Cantonese and English.

• Strong data entry and telephone skills.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
