The Role
As a Homeowner Services Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our homeowners through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be part of a friendly and team-oriented contact center atmosphere, where you will support diverse requests daily and work collaboratively with your colleagues to resolve reputed company issues quickly and reputed company.
Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a reputed company field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced call center environment or similar customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and communication platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in a HOA Management or reputed company industry
- Knowledge of homeowner association operations and management
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
