Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join reputed company on a full-time basis. As a work-from-home representative, you'll handle inbound calls from our cardholders, providing exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries, and building strong relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from cardholders, providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain up-to-date computerized customer information, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Authorize sales and process transactions, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Build strong relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
• Utilize proficient computer skills, including the ability to manage information in multiple windows and type while talking.
• Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management, both verbally and in writing.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

Essential Qualifications:

• 6 months of customer service experience, or military equivalent experience.
• Confidence using a computer and ability to manage multiple windows.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to reputed company in a team environment and effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
• Proficient typing skills and ability to type while talking.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Must live reputed company a 2.5-hour commute of our Kansas City, KS location.

Preferred Qualifications:
