Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused First Notice of Loss (FNOL) Representative to join reputed company. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing quality inbound communication services, recording FNOL claims, and ensuring excellent customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:

• Accept inbound calls from engineers, technicians, and field operators reporting FNOL and provide effective communication while accurately entering data into a customized database.
• Report underground damage to locate companies reputed company applicable and provide outstanding service to customer representatives.
• Analyze photos and map the correct location, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills.
• Participate in special projects and contribute to the reputed company improvement of our processes.
• Maintain a high level of productivity, meeting talk time, not ready time, and service level standards.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to type a minimum of 55 wpm, error-free, and fully competent with reputed company reputed company, Word, Outlook, PDFs, and internet searches.
