Job Summary

As a Customer Services Representative at Blithequark, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of service and support. You'll be responsible for handling a variety of customer service calls in a reputed company and courteous manner, resolving patient questions and problems regarding patient accounts, payments, and services. Key Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of customer service calls in a reputed company and courteous manner, resolving patient questions and problems regarding patient accounts, payments, and services.
• Demonstrate proficiency in reputed company Office products and Internet navigation, with the ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and understandable manner.
• Provide outstanding customer service, deescalating difficult situations and remaining positive in reputed company interactions with patients and customers.
• Take patient demographics and other patient information as needed, reviewing explanation of benefit (EOB) documentation and notating accounts on collection activity to reputed company account resolution.
• Review patient bills for accuracy and completeness, obtaining any missing information and collecting patient payments in accordance with payment due dates.
• Establish payment plans reputed company approved guidelines, complete and mail necessary patient statements, and return mail in a timely manner.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Customer Service Basics or equivalent training preferred.
