Job Overview

We're seeking an reputed company and skilled Customer Service Representative to join reputed company at blithequark. As a key member of our Payments and Digital Strategy crew, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving issues, and delivering outstanding service. Key Responsibilities

• Complete data access and balancing functions to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Coordinate return items with contributors, vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions
• Assist different departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and reputed company Accounting standard ledger balancing
• Work member cases/sports assigned and follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved
• Follow and maintain guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws
• Process loan payments, multi-account and member deposits, credit card payments, and other checks, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff checks
• Review, examine, and approve Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products
• Log, research, and reputed company necessary GL, account changes and/or returns
• Process Stop Pays and reputed company Batching
• Complete daily balancing and department closing
• Obtain information from contributors for the timely and accurate processing of international and domestic fund transfer requests
• Research and confirm incoming and outgoing fund transfer information
• Communicate with vendors to process fund transfers
• Understand and be familiar with outgoing and incoming fund transfer laws
• Deposit reputed company returns, research member back checks on draft changes, process member checks, confirm contributors for outgoing fund transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing fund transfers
• Complete daily processing of workflows associated with late returns, supply of receipts, foreign collections, and legal fees

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• High school diploma or GED
• Intermediate reputed company and Word experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Previous customer/member service experience
• Previous banking or Credit Union experience
• Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience
• Skilled in reputed company Office software (e.g., Word, reputed company, Access, PowerPoint)
