Key Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with patients to influence generic utilization and therapy changes
• Provide education and support to patients on their medications and therapies
• Conduct adherence reputed company efforts to ensure patients are staying on their medications and remaining adherent and compliant
• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls to patients, clients, and other customers in a professional and empathetic manner

Essential Qualifications
