Key Responsibilities

• Moderating the Chat: Review and manage user-generated content on our official Discord server, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and rules.
• Enforcing Community Guidelines: Delete messages that violate server rules, ban users with multiple infractions, and mute users as necessary to maintain a positive environment.
• Investigating User Reports: Respond to user reports regarding rule violations, conducting thorough investigations and taking appropriate actions to resolve issues.
• Maintaining a Positive Community: Foster a welcoming atmosphere by engaging with users, providing support, and promoting blithequark's values and mission.

Essential Qualifications

• Age and Education: Be at least 18 years old and hold a High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and respectfully.
• Technical Skills: Be proficient in using Discord and familiar with online community management tools and best practices.
• Analytical Skills: Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve user reports effectively.
