We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy team, working from the comfort of your home in Texas. As a Pharmacy Service Representative, you'll be the vital link between our patients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers, ensuring that life-sustaining specialty drug therapies are delivered reputed company and with care.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and process new patient medication orders and reorders, verifying and revivifying benefits to ensure seamless delivery.
- Interact with patients, translating and entering new or refill prescriptions into our pharmacy information system with precision.
- Communicate effectively with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to resolve accounts receivable or clinical issues, ensuring timely fulfillment of specialty medications.

Essential Qualifications
