About the Role

As a Trader Administrations Group captain at blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our Merchant Services team. You'll report to our Dealer Administrations Manager and serve as a specialist-level individual contributor, while helping to drive best practices in case and line management, issue resolution, metrics monitoring, and leadership through coaching and daily functional support.

Initially, this role will be a work-from-home opportunity, but as our offices resume normal operations, we anticipate a hybrid model with some time spent in-office.
