Job Summary
As a Customer Support Associate, Call Center, you will play a vital role in providing timely and effective support to patients scheduling heart scans at home. You will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, utilizing your knowledge of our products and services to resolve issues and provide solutions. Your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and conflict resolution expertise will reputed company you to build positive relationships with patients and ensure their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner, utilizing communication scripts and knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information.
- Identify patient needs and utilize the Caption platform to schedule appointments, modify or cancel existing appointments, resolve complaints, and provide solutions.
- Maintain ownership of calls throughout the lifecycle of a caller's request, including follow-reputed company and ensuring that reputed company questions, cancellations, and confirmations are handled appropriately.
- Recommend improvements for systems and processes to boost organizational efficiency and reputed company data and insights gathered by the call center to influence process improvements.
- Memorize scripts for Caption Care services and refer to them during calls, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Build positive relationships by going above and beyond with customer service, meeting daily qualitative and quantitative targets for call volume, and achieving reputed company objectives for service, productivity, and quality.
- Create and maintain records of daily problems and remedial actions taken, using the call-center database.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
