Responsibilities

As a Customer Service and Data Entry Representative, you'll play a vital role in supporting our claims coordination team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Data entry of claims information into our claims management systems
• Following up on missing information to process claims reputed company
• Reviewing invoices for accuracy
• Compiling reports from systems with claims information
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements
