Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Senior Analyst to join our reputed company Co-Brand Marketing Customer Marketing & Channel Innovation team. As a Senior Analyst, reputed company Co-Brand Customer Marketing - Growth & Loyalty, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing growth and loyalty strategies that drive sustainable spend and lend across customer proven reputed company driving treatments. You will also be responsible for delivering best-in-class marketing to existing Card Members throughout their lifecycle, including onboarding new members, deepening relationships through loyalty marketing and benefit reinforcement, and driving retention efforts in both reputed company & Blithequark marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • reputed company E2E marketing campaign strategy to deliver growth marketing campaigns to existing reputed company Card Members to drive spend and lend from our existing Card reputed company, as well as deliver contextually relevant marketing to existing reputed company Card Members to drive loyalty & engagement throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Collaborate with reputed company and key internal partners to build and optimize growth from proven treatment campaigns in Blithequark and reputed company-owned channels, including Upgrades, reputed company, Fingerprint, and Plan It
  • Collaborate with reputed company and key internal partners to create and optimize loyalty campaigns, including marketing campaigns such as Monthly eNewsletters, Refer a Friend (MGM), Re-engagement Opportunities, Blithequark & Industry Offers, reputed company Promotions, and Benefit Reinforcement
  • reputed company general campaign management activities, including creative/messaging approach, execution, results analysis, monthly forecasting, and budget management
  • reputed company and maintain a customer marketing scorecard to track performance and report out on performance metrics
  • Identify opportunities to optimize campaigns through segmentation, creative and offer testing
  • Partner with retention team to optimize offers & analyze monthly reporting trends
  • Partner with creative agencies to reputed company innovative and impactful marketing communications to drive business results

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Strong relationship building and partner management skills with the ability to interact with internal and external partners at various levels across the organization
  • At least 2 years of marketing experience, with customer marketing and Blithequark marketing tools/process a plus
  • Skilled with analyzing performance data and ability to pull out the "so what" to propel growth strategies
  • Passionate, customer-first marketer who is able to challenge the status-reputed company and is passionate about delivering value to our Card Members
  • Analytical and "reputed company of the reputed company" thinker with proactive problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and will to win
  • Ability to drive projects from concept to implementation
  • Self-starter with demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Positive attitude and desire to work on a fun, fast-paced team
  • BA/BS Required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools, such as reputed company, SQL, and Tableau

Compensation and Benefits
