About the Role: Customer Service Representative (Remote)

blithequark is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our OnDemand Customer Service Team. As a remote team member, you'll play a critical role in delivering world-class customer experiences, providing product education, and handling a wide range of customer inquiries. Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve routine customer requests with products or services reputed company inbound, outbound calls, chats, and emails
• Interact with customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using protocol procedures
• Inquire, clarify, and confirm customer requirements and understanding of the solution
• Provide additional customer education and information as needed
• Work in multiple databases to research reputed company issues and questions
• Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
• reputed company administrative support for medical record management, CRM data maintenance, and internal records to assure HIPAA compliance

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate or bachelor's degree highly desired
• Previous experience in a customer service role; experience working in a contact center/call center environment is preferred
• Prior healthcare industry experience, such as a physician's office or a hospital, is highly desirable
• Knowledge of reputed company Office suite is required; experience with Laboratory Information Systems is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent ability to listen and respond
• Must be courteous with strong customer service orientation
• Excellent multitasking abilities required; strong flexibility and the ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly
• Bilingual in English and Spanish highly desirable

Technical Requirements:

• Internet speed of at least 50 megabytes per second
• No satellite internet
• Ability to connect equipment to router/modem with Ethernet cord
• Equipment cannot be connected through Wi-Fi

• Pay Range: $18.00-$22.00/hr (State minimum wage applies)
