Job Overview

In this part-time remote customer service role, you will be responsible for communicating with customers, including patients, physicians, providers, and internal customers, to provide accurate and timely resolution to reputed company inquiries and issues. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will be essential in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. You will be working independently from home, so it is crucial that you are self-motivated, disciplined, and able to manage your time effectively to meet the demands of this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with customers reputed company phone, email, or other communication channels to resolve their inquiries and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Utilize multiple software programs simultaneously to access customer information, resolve issues, and document interactions.
  • Provide accurate and timely resolution to customer complaints and concerns, escalating issues as necessary to ensure reputed company resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

  • A strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage your time effectively to meet performance metrics.

  • Experience working in a healthcare or medical-reputed company field, with knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare operations.
  • Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a proven track record of success in this type of setting.

Schedule and Compensation

The schedule for this part-time remote customer service role is as follows:

  • Saturday: 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM
  • Sunday: 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM
  • Monday: 6:30 PM - 3:00 AM
  • This schedule represents a 24-hour work week, with the potential to pick up additional shifts as needed. Please note that additional shifts are not guaranteed and may vary in terms of hours and days.

    In terms of compensation, we offer a competitive hourly reputed company, with a shift differential as follows:

    • Saturday: $19.20 per hour
    • Sunday: $18.40 per hour
    • Monday: $16.00 per hour
