Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

• Strong understanding of common healthcare industry terminology, practices, and procedures regarding billing and reimbursement.
• Knowledge of how government and commercial payers reimburse, as well as experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance companies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients, insurance representatives, and internal stakeholders.
