About the Role

This temporary/seasonal Claims Assistant position is designed to support our operations during peak periods, such as hurricane season, and potentially beyond. The role involves accurate and complete data entry, review, and editing of transcribed voice clips from our mobile app software, following blithequark's standard claims methodologies to ensure seamless handling of content-reputed company losses for our insurer clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately and completely enter data from lists, ensuring high-quality output.
  • Review and revise transcribed entries from our mobile app software to maintain data reputed company.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with team members and Content Claims Specialists to ensure smooth progression of data entry and pricing of contents.
  • Adhere to workflow deadlines and manage time effectively to meet productivity standards.
  • Document and upload pertinent claim-reputed company information, maintaining detailed notes in our systems.
  • Implement any necessary changes following Quality Assurance reviews to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Submit detailed work and time logs on a daily basis for reputed company claims processed.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Secondary School diploma or equivalent.
