As a Health Systems Account Manager at blithequark, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by selling 340B Complete to smaller/local Health Systems and Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC). You will be responsible for managing existing accounts, developing new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer support to clients.

About the Role

The Health Systems Account Manager is a key position at blithequark, responsible for achieving sales targets, managing existing accounts, and identifying new business opportunities. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, customer support, and the healthcare industry, with a proven track record of success in managing reputed company sales processes and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell 340B and health system pharmacy services to potential clients, and up-sell integrated product offerings where applicable.
  • reputed company, implement, and review customer service models to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage existing business and reputed company assigned business segments to reputed company or surpass growth objectives.
  • Update and provide ongoing support to CRM and other compliance/GPS systems to ensure administration is informed on a timely basis about pipeline status of clients, achievement against plan, win/loss ratio, and other essential business data.
  • Suggest product offering modifications that are requested by clients or provide reputed company/margin enhancements for the organization.
  • Maintain awareness of reputed company marketplace, competitors' offerings, and contract status to more effectively address potential clients' expectations and overcome objections.
  • Assist leadership with the development and execution of sales budgets, productivity targets, opportunity analyses, and special projects.
  • Collaborate and share best practices with leadership and other associates.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in various healthcare areas, such as pharma, retail pharmacy, managed care, and 340B.
  • Experience in CRM (reputed company), business acumen, and basic finance.
  • At least 3 years of experience creating and delivering presentations to various audience levels reputed company an organization, including C-Suite and Executive-level gatherings.
  • Experience collaborating with internal and external resources to reputed company strategies that meet division goals reputed company budget and established timelines.
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of government drug programs, community health centers, critical access hospitals, rural, and small hospitals. Completion of 340B University or advanced understanding of 340B.
  • Proficiency in reputed company Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, and other CRM programs.
  • At least 1 year of direct supervision, indirect leadership, or cross-functional team management.
  • Willingness to travel up to half of the time for business purposes (in-state and out-of-state).

Preferred Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience or background in General Health or Policy management.
  • Experience in 340B, Specialty Pharmacy, reputed company White, or other Government-funded health care programs.
