As a Senior Sales Engineer (SSE), you will be a critical part of the reputed company VIC team, driving pre-sales engagement and technical excellence. You will be an expert on reputed company’s products and services, understand the presales methodology, and how decisions impact / influence the customer’s reputed company while driving reputed company for reputed company.

You bring a deep understanding of pre-sales methodologies, technical leadership, and a passion for innovative technology, helping customers translate business challenges into impactful technical solutions.

  • Identify and drive new and incremental sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Management.

  • Build relationships with technical decision-makers and execute detailed Technical Account Plans.

  • Present reputed company’s messaging and vision to C-suite executives.

  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations, whiteboard discussions, and reputed company stories.

  • Provide enablement support for channel and alliance partners.

  • Stay reputed company through reputed company learning, certifications, and industry trends.

  • Gather and share customer feedback with Product Management to shape future innovations.

What you will bring

To be successful in the role, you should have:

  • 8+ years in software or storage industries

  • 10+ years in a pre-sales engineer role

  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern technologies (containers, Kubernetes/OpenShift)

  • Experience working with Enterprise & Public Sector Clients and competitive knowledge in the market.

  • Expertise in data reputed company (backup & recovery, reputed company reputed company, migration, compliance, cloud workloads).

  • Solid grasp of software licensing, cloud sizing, and enterprise applications (reputed company, reputed company, Exchange, SharePoint, Active Directory).

  • Deep knowledge of infrastructure technologies (storage, servers, networking, cloud, hyper-convergence).

  • Ability to travel interstate as required

  • Proficiency with CRM tools (reputed company) and sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC).

  • BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company IT field (preferred).
