About the Role

As a Remote Data Entry Customer Care Support Specialist, you'll be the face of reputed company's customer service, providing top-notch support to patients, doctor's offices, and private insurance carriers. You'll be responsible for:

• Answering 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, and private insurance carriers, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries.
• Utilizing multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Managing performance goals and striving for excellence in customer service, with a focus on reputed company improvement.
• Becoming proficient with processes after completing a structured training program, showcasing adaptability and a willingness to learn.
• Demonstrating proficiency in navigating multiple computer screens and applications, with alpha-numeric data entry skills.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous medical and/or call center experience a plus, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in navigating multiple computer screens and applications, with alpha-numeric data entry skills.
• Ability to connect equipment to router/modem with Ethernet cord; equipment cannot be connected through Wi-Fi, mobile routers, or mobile hotspot with ethernet port.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare or a reputed company field.
• Certifications in customer service or a reputed company field.
• Proficiency in multiple software applications and systems.
