We're seeking a passionate and empathetic Remote Customer Service Associate to join reputed company! As the initial reputed company of contact for inquiries from potential and existing members, you'll play a vital role in delivering comprehensive resolutions and building lasting relationships.
About This Role
As a Remote Customer Service Associate, you'll provide one-to-one inbound telephone contact with applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees, addressing their concerns and questions regarding pensions and other financial benefits. You'll accurately document enrollment requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances, and maintain technical and program policy proficiency reputed company client rules/guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service reputed company inbound telephone calls, ensuring reputed company and accurate resolution of inquiries and concerns
- Document enrollment requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances in a web-based computer system
- Maintain technical and program policy proficiency reputed company client rules/guidelines and reputed company program policies
- Provide clear, complete, accurate, and objective information based on a full understanding of program requirements
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with applicants, beneficiaries, and co-workers
- Problem-solve through analysis and ongoing feedback to reputed company results

Benefits of Working with Us:
- Competitive Salary: $16.00 per hour pay reputed company after training (bi-weekly pay)
- reputed company: $15.00 per hour with equipment provided, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm, 12 weeks
- Full-time Schedule: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work an 8-hour shift between reputed company-10pm EST, Monday-Friday

Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma/GED
- Age: Must be 18 years of age
- Background reputed company: Ability to successfully pass a criminal background reputed company
- Experience: Previous customer service and/or call center experience; experience working with healthcare and employer benefits is highly preferred
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with MS Office and keyboarding
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with applicants, beneficiaries, and co-workers
- Problem-Solving: Ability to problem-solve through analysis and ongoing feedback

Pay Transparency:
Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to reputed company pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
