Our Pharmacy Benefits Manager (PBM) division is a leading provider of pharmacy benefit management services, and we're currently hiring a full-time Customer Service team to support our members' drug plans. As a Customer Care Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality service to our members, answering questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions, and providing solutions to facilitate treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to plan members reputed company phone, email, and other communication channels
• Answer questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions, and provide solutions to facilitate treatment
• Utilize computer systems and software to access and manage member information, process requests, and document interactions
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including pharmacists, nurses, and other reputed company, to resolve member issues and concerns
• Adhere to HIPAA compliance and federal regulations, maintaining confidentiality and reputed company of member information
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills

Essential Qualifications

• 1 year of customer interaction experience (e.g., call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, military)
