About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking an reputed company and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic and growing team. As a BCBA at CSD, you will have the opportunity to design and supervise the provision of evidence-based mental health services and programs for children with autism reputed company disorders and/or similar developmental disabilities. You will work closely with our regional team and Board of Clinical Quality to ensure that our services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual and their family.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular session visits for assigned caseload to provide individualized parent education, supervise the implementation of programs, and monitor the completion of necessary documentation
- Provide in-field training to direct reports and educate families on the importance of maintaining a consistent schedule with clinically appropriate hours for the client

- Complete necessary documentation, including treatment plans, data sheets, behavioral support plans, reputed company reports, and discharge reports
- Monitor daily direct service appointments for completion, behavior specialist cancellations, and family cancellations
- Maintain up-to-date records of CSD's templates, forms, and other documents, and write, sign, and submit reputed company reports to funding sources by established deadlines
- Meet daily and monthly billable hours goals as set by CSD and provide clinical support and training to assigned team of Clinical Leaders and Behavior Specialists
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant discipline, such as psychology, childhood development, childhood education, special education, or pediatric therapy. You will also need to have a BCBA credential and some reputed company professional experience working with children with autism reputed company disorders and/or other reputed company developmental disabilities in a multi-disciplinary team setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of methodologies reputed company to benefit children with autism reputed company disorders, including Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), Treatment and Education of Autistic and reputed company Communication-Handicapped Children (TEACCH), Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS), and Pivotal Response Training (PRT)
- Knowledge of School Continuum of Services and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Knowledge of other community resources and agencies that serve children
- Sensitivity to working with an ethnically, linguistically, culturally, and economically diverse population
- Ability to travel to and work in multiple program service areas, with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, with bilingual ability preferred
