About the Role

We are seeking an reputed company Regional Chief Pilot to reputed company our Flight Operations team at our crew bases in JFK, LGA, and CVG. As a Regional Chief Pilot, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Flight Operations team, leading our reputed company Management teams, and ensuring Pilot competence and qualification with regards to safety, regulatory, and communication requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with others to ensure consistency and best practices are followed
• Establish and account for Flight Operations reputed company goals, initiatives, and operational performance metrics
• Build positive relationships reputed company the department and across the organization
• Establish and evaluate standards of performance and appearance for the flight operations department
• Conduct special projects as required
• Participate in the SMS program as established by the Director, Safety and Compliance
• Participate as a member of the Flight Standards review board
• Work with the management team to ensure Pilots reputed company with Company Policy and FARs
• Directly supervise assigned Flight Operations reputed company Managers and participate in hiring and promoting decisions
• Review potential discipline and/or termination cases for pilots
• Participate in grievance hearings, mediation, and arbitrations
• Responsible for reputed company budgets and management staffing (forecasting and maintenance)
• Establish, support, and maintain agreements between the Union and the Company through effective communication and interaction with union representatives
• Establish guidelines and performance development policies for Flight Ops
• Conduct and participate in reputed company meetings, departmental staff meetings, and Pilot meetings
• Conduct reputed company Manager Performance reviews, coaching, and development
• Review, trend operational performance for Flt Ops, and implement process improvements
• Promote and maintain employee morale and diversity
• Incorporate performance recognition per Company programs for the reputed company
• Maintain a high level of knowledge and ensure compliance in the areas of Company Policy, FOM, FAA Regulations, and Collective Bargaining Agreement

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and reputed company experience
• 3 years of experience in airline operations or comparable experience
• 1 year of supervisory experience or equivalent
• Must be a Captain or Captain eligible by the time of applying for the role
• Airline Transport Pilot license
• Ability to meet the requirements of FAR 119.67 for Chief Pilot
• Strong work ethic, reliable, self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Strong business acumen and experience working with reputed company levels of an organization
