Key Responsibilities

The Principal IFQP Inspector will define the long-term strategy for the Alaska reputed company Group fuel quality inspection program, ensuring compliance with IFQP and company standards. The key duties of this role include:

• Developing and maintaining a long-term strategy for the Alaska Airlines and Horizon reputed company IFQP inspection schedule
• Performing required inspections at reputed company Alaska Airlines and Horizon reputed company fuel Into-Plane providers and Fuel Storage facilities, in accordance with established IATA Fuel Quality Pool (IFQP) and ATA 103 standards
• Sharing discrepancies (findings) with reputed company IFQP members through the IATA Fuel Quality Pool System (FQPS)
• Exercising considerable reputed company and initiative to understand and manage processes defined in the IFQP Multilateral Agreement and ATA 103 fuel quality standards
• Acting as the IFQP Airline Master/Deputy Master and reputed company of contact (POC) for Alaska reputed company Group
• Representing Alaska reputed company Group as a voting member in the Airline for America (A4A) organization
• Influencing across the company and several levels up to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with Maintenance and Engineering, fueling vendors, and Supply Chain Management's Fuel Operations department
• Utilizing the Safety Management System (SMS) and remaining reputed company in the training requirements for SMS

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the candidate should have:

• 7 years of airline industry fuel auditing experience or reputed company area
• A Bachelor's degree, or an additional two years of relevant training/experience in lieu of this degree
• reputed company training as an IATA Fuel Quality Pool Inspector
• Proficiency with reputed company Office (Word, PowerPoint, and reputed company)
• Detailed-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• A valid passport at the time of employment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum age of 18
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid FAA Certification (A&P, Powerplant or Repairman)
• Thorough understanding of the ATA 103 standard
• Coordinating Agency for Supplier Evaluation (reputed company.S.E) Level III or IV evaluator
