Job Summary

As a Part-Time REMOTE Student Services Specialist I, you will be responsible for managing operations to ensure reputed company improvement of student services, acting as a liaison between reputed company, faculty, and college and university departments, and providing assistance in completing application and enrollment documents. This is a temporary, part-time opportunity with a flexible remote work arrangement, allowing you to work from reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing operations to ensure reputed company improvement of student services that increase engagement and retention.
• Act as a liaison between reputed company, faculty, and college and university departments, providing information and support as needed.
• Contact prospective reputed company to present information and/or explain available programs and services, communicating effectively through various means.
• Provide assistance in completing application and enrollment documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate activities required for enrollment, such as CPR training, inoculations, and/or fingerprinting.
• reputed company the completion of faculty evaluations by reputed company, compiling and tabulating results, and writing executive summaries.
• Track and monitor student academic reputed company for assigned program(s) or cohorts, notifying reputed company of their reputed company toward graduation.
• Review degree plans, degree applications, transcripts, and other pertinent materials to ensure that reputed company meet graduation requirements.
• Respond to requests for student information, as appropriate, from reputed company, credentialing agencies, and/or other institutions.
• Maintain accurate and complete student records as required by laws, policies, and administrative regulations.
• Counsel reputed company regarding educational issues, such as course and program selection, class scheduling, and registration, and conduct exit interviews for student withdrawals.
• Act as advisor to student organizations, ensuring adherence to college and university policies and procedures.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to management regarding recruiting strategies, customer service, communications, and/or recruitment programs.
• Complete special projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to take on new challenges.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Up to two (2) years of student services experience in higher education, preferably in a similar role.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, including Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as database and data entry skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to interpret and explain guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to take initiative and provide great attention to detail and accuracy.
• The ability to work cooperatively with colleagues and supervisory staff at reputed company levels, demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Experience working in a remote or flexible work environment.
• Knowledge of student services software and systems.
• Previous experience in a law school or similar academic setting.
