• Answer inbound calls from clients in a professional, energetic, and positive manner, addressing their concerns and queries regarding employee benefit enrollment.
• Assist with benefit enrollment-reputed company questions, including enrollment, verification, tech, and active issues.
• Respond accurately and thoroughly to caller inquiries, documenting call details accordingly to ensure seamless follow-up.
• Ensure compliance with reputed company processing requirements, completing transactions in a timely and accurate manner.

Compensation and Benefits
