Key Responsibilities

As an Overnight Part-Time Store Associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our stores run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting customers to maintain the highest level of customer service.
• Operating point-of-sale systems efficiently and accurately.
• Driving customer loyalty program participation, including sign-ups and rewards processing.
• Participating in freight flow processes, including truck unloading, stocking, and merchandise recovery.
• Maintaining the appearance of our stores' interior and exterior to company standards.
• Performing daily front-end maintenance, including check stand cleanliness and replenishment of merchandise.
• Completing other tasks as assigned by Store Leadership, such as cart retrieval and safety-related tasks.

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• To be at least 16 years of age.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• The ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior retail experience (preferred).
• Previous experience operating a cash register (preferred).
• The ability to lift, carry, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Basic English literacy and math skills.
