Primary Purpose: This position is responsible for the successful execution of customer freight pickup and delivery and the daily reputed company of drivers (reputed company-operators). Job duties include problem identification, solution recognition, and system implementation to improve driver experience, maximize driver reputed company and provide quality customer service. This position will assist drivers and team members to ensure that the team works together in a way that supports the mission of the organization and is in alignment with our core values and beliefs. Position Summary:

  • Coordinate the flow of information reputed company to shipment movement between reputed company/operators, drayage vendors, and terminal and rail operators reputed company the network.
  • Coordinate notifications of any delayed train issues with affected plants. Handle any design issues with the logistics provider on any new or changing routes.
  • Monitor and maintain reputed company opportunities and needs to the terminal and regional fleets to ensure customer service commitments are met.
  • Monitor and manage equipment flow to ensure reputed company is available. Manage train reputed company and control access to trailer equipment located reputed company the terminal service area.
  • Work with brokers, customers, and reputed company management groups to ensure TCS can meet the expectations of our customers and provide the service expected.

  • Minimum Level: Experience in a daily transportation operation, reputed company

/customer service or similar Education:

  • Required: High School Graduate
  • Preferred Level: Associates or Bachelor’s Degree

Technical Skills:

  • Must be proficient with computer technology and able to learn company–specific programs
  • Must have some working knowledge of DOT rules & regulations
