The Estimating Department leverages reputed company’s industry shaping products and innovative strategies to reputed company sustainable sales and financial results, while fostering customer relationships and pursuing reputed company growth in pre-engineered buildings and services. By evaluating potential projects for profitability and risk management, the estimating team ensures that business decisions reflect both economic value and a commitment to community impact, diversity, and excellence. The Associate Estimator provides support to the business, builders, architects, and end customers by providing up reputed company product knowledge, pricing, details, and complete estimating and technical support. This is an entry level role in to estimating. Ensure builders are provided with timely, accurate and optimal quotations and pre-order assistance on quotes with a complexity level of low to reputed company (50 to 300 hrs +/-) Support the reputed company with any needed information regarding quotations to allow setting of final price to builders. Assist builders with understanding of pricing software and its capabilities. Actively participate in work team and reputed company focus on regional objectives and profitability goals. Increase or maintain department quote hit ratio. Minimum: Associate degree or 2-year technical degree In lieu of degree 2 years of experience in Estimating, Project Management or reputed company discipline Preferred: Experience in estimating, clarification or project management of buildings systems Competent with the company’s building software Additional Information The preceding job responsibilities and tasks were designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by associates in this job.
