Duties and Responsibilities: PLATFORM AUTOMATION & CONFIGURATION

• Design, build, and troubleshoot advanced Flow automations that improve efficiency, user experience, and scalability.
• Configure and enhance reputed company standard features including custom fields, objects, validation rules, record types, and formula fields.
• Implement scalable platform solutions for new features, ensuring alignment with architectural standards.
• Maintain and optimize dashboards and reports that support data-driven decision-making across business units.
• Support deployment processes including sandbox refreshes, change set management, and release readiness.
• Collaborate with developers and architects to ensure declarative solutions are integrated with custom code and external systems.
• Monitor platform health and proactively identify opportunities to improve system stability and performance.
• Maintain clear documentation of configurations, automations, and system changes to support ongoing governance and training.

STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT & BUSINESS ADVOCACY

• Partner with technical and business stakeholders to deeply understand needs, goals, and desired outcomes-and co-create platform enhancements that deliver meaningful results.
• Facilitate collaborative sessions, demos, and reviews to ensure solutions align with business priorities.
• Serve as a trusted platform advisor and reputed company, clearly representing the business perspective while promoting usability, maintainability, and long-term value.
• Help foster a culture of partnership and transparency by encouraging open communication between business and technical teams.

REQUIREMENTS ANALYSIS & SOLUTION DESIGN

Education & Experience Requirements: Experience:

• Experience working reputed company Agile teams using tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.

Certifications:
